Thank you for your interest in the Komen Greater Nashville Affiliate grants program. To be eligible to apply for a Komen Community-Based Grant or a Small Grant, your organization must be:
• A federally tax-exempt entity — nonprofit organization, government agency, educational institution or Indian tribe.
• Located in the specified affiliate service area.
• Provide breast health or breast cancer screening, treatment, education or outreach
To apply for a Community-Based grant only, at least one representative from each grant seeking organization must attend the MANDATORY Komen Grants Training session scheduled for Wednesday, December 7 from 9:00am to 11:00am. This training will be held at the Komen Greater Nashville office located at: 4009 Hillsboro Pike, Suite 209, Nashville, TN 37215. Applications from organizations that do not attend this training will not be accepted.
Community-Based Grant applications are due to the Komen Greater Nashville officey by Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 5:00pm. Grants for the 2012-2013 fiscal year will be awarded in late March 2012.
