Dog Park

Welcome to the 19th Annual Komen Greater Nashville Race for the Cure and our first ever Mars Petcare US Dog Park.  At Mars Petcare US, they understand the role that a pet plays in the family dynamic.  They also understand that a pet often knows when something has happened in the family they are a part of.  So this year, we celebrate the role that dogs can play in recovery by inviting participants to register their dogs to be a part of Race Day.

Please meet Rizzo, he is a well loved pet that saw his mom through her breast cancer journey and he will be letting you know all about what to expect on Race Day!

The Mars Petcare US Dog Park will be located in front of the Maryland Farms YMCA, and will feature a dedicated doggie photographer, pink fire hydrants, water, giant pink dog begs and lots of free samples for your little one!  A $10 donation allows your dog access to all of these fun activities.  We ask for your pet to be leashed at all times, and that you line up behind the walkers if your pet is walking with you.

To register you and your dog, be sure to select the "5K Walker with Dog Park Entry" registration type when registering.  If you have already registered but would like to add your dog, please call us at (615) 383-0017 and we will get you taken care of.
